• 1、教育背景：本科以上学历，交互设计、网络/多媒体设计及美术等相关专业；
• 2、2-5年的网页设计经验，尤其是在企业网站和商业门户网站优先考虑；
• 3、有iOS和Android移动应用UI设计经验；
• 4、熟悉Mac OS和Adobe CS5，精通Photoshop、Illustrator、 Dreamweaver及Flash等设计软件；
• 5、良好的设计概念思维和视觉感受，注重用户体验，了解网站布局和移动应用程序的用户界面；
• 6、处事成熟，善于自我激励，能独立处理项目，能承受压力并按时按质完成任务；
• 7、较好的英文读写能力，具备优秀的学习能力，动手能力强，能承受压力，具有团队协助精神。

• 职位描述：
• 1、负责为网站和移动应用程序界面的UI / UX设计开发；
• 2、负责企业网站及品牌标识优化设计；
• 3、根据产品原型，完成手机软件产品和移动客户端应用的操作流程及界面设计；
• 4、不断优化界面的易用性，改善用户体验，注重创新；
• 5、需要时，负责部分企宣，产品资料及物料的平面设计；
• 6、其他上级交办的任务；
• 7、简历中请附带作品。

 

 

Web Production Designer

 

• 1.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• 2.Expert understanding of image optimization techniques is required.
• 3.Understanding of batch processing techniques and tools is required.
• 4.Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation of the digital asset production process is required.
• 5.Photo retouching skills are a plus.
• 6.Must be creative, pay strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects.
• 7.File organization and archiving skills are a must.
• 8.Excellent written English communication skills are a must.
• 9.English speaker is a plus.
• 10.Proven ability to work independently with little direction.
• 11.Strong understanding of basic visual principles is a must.
• 12.Ability to quickly learn new software
• 13.Knowledge of Flite cloud-based advertising platform is a big plus.
